[Shane Mielke](http://shanemielke.com), commonly known online as Pixel Ranger, has been one of the most successful designer, developer and creative directors in the digital game for well over 15 years and I was delighted to see he has released a book titled [Launch It](https://shop.shanemielke.com/products/launch-it-ebook) with 300+ tips and useful advice for anyone in the creative industry. Available as an ebook currently, but if you can wait, it’s worth getting a hardcover book to keep around the office.
